Reviews for Life With Paint Melbourne
So I first booked in to paint Cat with wine, however, this was cancelled a couple days before with no explanation, then I booked in to paint another picture, but this was changed last minute as well. I was frustrated going in because i had already had my heart set on two seperate paintings I couldn’t paint. However, the staff were so personable, lovely and fun that I forgot about all the stress, had a great time and painted a lovely painting. They were really good with communication, I got a text about the first cancellation and when I tried to book in the next paint session, I had a few questions, and they were really helpful and responsive in email. All companies will have issues from time to time, I felt they were really professional and helpful in dealing with issues, and that makes a huge difference in customer experience.
I have been to 2 classes so far and they were both fantastic! The teacher, Isabella, was patient, clear, enthusiastic and encouraging. I learnt heaps. I found the lessons so awesome I booked again and am taking a friend this time too! Thanks again.
I went on May 13th with a few friends. Our teacher Mihail was amazing and supportive and we were so impressed with our final drawing of Marilyn. Mihail even stayed back an hour to let us finish, and helped out where needed. Would highly recommend Life with Paint and Mihail. We will be back!
